CANCELLATION POLICY

• A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total appointment cost. • Cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will be charged 70% of the appointment cost with no refunds or rescheduling. • If you are 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled depending on the service booked, and your deposit will not be refunded.
